Peter Benjamin Wanda
Partner
Peter holds a Bachelor’s and he is a holder of a Masters in Laws from Makerere University and Bachelors in Laws from University in Uganda, Diploma in Law from the Law Development Centre and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre Kampala, Uganda. He has undertaken various graduate trainings in Criminal Prosecution, Commercial and Corporate practices, Immigrations, Family Practice, Debt Collections and general recoveries.
Peter specializes in areas of Commercial Law, Criminal Prosecutions, Banking and finance, civil litigation Immigrations, Family Practice, Debt Collections and general recoveries and Land Conveyance.
He has worked both as in-house and Debt Recovery lawyer with various Banks in Uganda wherein. He has amassed valuable expertise in areas of Commercial, Banking and finance, Debt Collections and recoveries. He continues the firms and Clients on regulatory compliance and on different transactions.
Peter is a lecturer of Business law for so many years at Islamic University in Uganda one of the leading private Universities in Uganda

Perez Sakwa Mauso
Partner
Perez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Islamic University in Uganda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Law Development Centre Kampala, Uganda. He has undertaken various graduate trainings leading to award of Certificates of Western Attorneys General, Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination from West Virginia University USA and Certificate in Fraud Investigations and Internal Controls in Micro Finance Institutions by Uganda Banker’s Association. Perez is currently studying to become a member of the global body Certified Fraud Examiners which brings together all Certified Fraud Examiners Worldwide based in USA. PRACTICE; Perez specializes in arrears of in Commercial law, Corporate Fraud Investigations, Banking and Finance, civil and criminal, litigations and Land Conveyance. Perez worked in Ligomarc Advocates in the Department of Corporate Fraud and Investigations in which was instrumental in its up where he has amassed valuable expertise in areas of Commercial, Banking and finance, corporate fraud and investigations. Prior to that Perez worked in the Uganda Police Force for 25years with 18 years of those being in Criminal Investigations. Perez has extensive knowledge in white color crime, Fraud, False Cheques and also General Crimes. He was also a senior phone tracker involving all sorts of crimes committed using a phone.
Diana Naluyange

Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Islamic University in Uganda, Post graduate Diploma in tax and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Tax and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Law Development Centre Kampala, Uganda. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts of Judicature as well as a member of the Uganda Law Society. PRACTICE;Diana specializes in areas of Corporate and Commercial law, Intellectual Property, labour relations, tax advisory and family relations. Diana worked with the Attorney General’s Chambers under the Directorate of Civil Litigation. Diana has also worked with Uganda Law Reform Commission, where she participated in various projects like Revision of laws of Uganda and translation of the Laws of Uganda into local languages, preparation of the compendia, preparation of the index of laws of Uganda, preparation of reprints of the constitution, children act and local government. She has amasses extensive knowledge in the status of the laws of Uganda, depth knowledge in Labour relations, Civil Litigation, family relations tax, corporate and commercial practice.
Evangeline Natukunda

Evangeline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Makerere University in Uganda, and Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Law Development Centre Kampala, Uganda. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts of Judicature as well as member of the Uganda Law Society. PRACTICE; Evangeline specializes in areas of Corporate and Commercial law, Intellectual Property, labour relations, Land Transactions and family relations. Evangeline worked with FIDA (Uganda), OkelloOreyam& Co. Advocates, Kakama& Co. Advocates and Law Development Centre Legal Clinic. Evangeline is also an Accredited Mediator with The Judiciary in Uganda under Kajjansi Chief Magistrate’s Court. She has amassed extensive knowledge in the Field of Mediation and Arbitration and attained depth knowledge in all round Litigation in Uganda and Mediation. Dr. TajudeenSanni (LLD/PHD) holds a doctorial qualification from Nelson Mandela University, Port Elizabeth, South Africa, LLM from University of llorin, LLB from University of Ahmadu Bello University, a Bar Qualification from Nigeria Law School, which qualified him as a Barrister and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
PRACTICE; Dr. Sanni is a Senior Lecturer at Kampala International University and Islamic University in Uganda. He specializes in law of the Sea, Maritime law, International Economic Law, Environmental Law, international Energy Law and Comparative Law. He has taught and supervised in these disciplines at undergraduate and post graduate levels as well as in other areas like jurisprudence, Equity and Trust.
Sequel to joining the academia, Dr. Sanni worked at UztazUsman (SAN), a leading Law firm in West Africa and at Dr. Ariyoosu and Co. Advocates after which he Co. Founded Ishola and Sanni Consort, a law firm whose main objective was to assist the underprivileged to have access to Justice.
Dr. Sanni has taught and worked at Kampala International University, Kampala, Uganda. He was Head of Commercial Law Department and Senior Lecturer at Kampala International University where he co-founded and headed Environmental and Energy Research Forum.
Dr. Sanni has also taught and worked at Islamic University in Uganda, served as a Legal Advisor to the American NGO, Global Institute for allied Health, phycology and AIDS. Aa a law manuscript editor for panamaline law Publishers, he has worked on a number of books such as Casebook on Lawyers Ethics and Professional conduct by Prof. George Kanyehamba a former justice of the Supreme Court of Uganda.
Dr. Sanni has also been involved in many consultancy research of social relevance, for example he was commissioned in 2004, by the Uganda Parliamentary Commission to conduct a research on alignment of Uganda energy/mineral laws and budgetary
projections with policy documents such as Vision 2040.
Dr. Sanni has many academic publications to his credit and belongs to a number of professional Associations such as international law association, Society of International Economic and Society of legal Scholars, UK.
